Refunds & Replacements

Every item in our store is made-to-order. These are not pre-stocked products — once you select a size, color, or style, the item is produced specifically for you. Because of this, our policy differs from traditional returns policies.


14-Day Claim Period

All claims for refunds or replacements for misprints, defects, or damage must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Any requests after this 14-day period will not be accepted.

Misprinted / Defective / Damaged Items

If your order arrives misprinted, defective, or damaged (for example print errors, tears, or faults in the product), please contact us via our store contact form within 14 days of delivery.

You must provide clear photo proof of the issue, and include your order number.

When making the request, please state whether you prefer a refund or a replacement.

If you choose replacement, it will be for the same size, color, and product that you originally ordered. We cannot offer a different size or variant in such cases.

Wrong Size / Buyer’s Remorse

Because every item is custom made-to-order, we do not accept returns or refunds for wrong size, change of mind, or other “buyer’s remorse” reasons.

Please review our size recommendation carefully before ordering.

On a case-by-case basis, we may offer a one-time discount code for future use as a goodwill gesture. This is not guaranteed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are final sale and not eligible for refunds or replacements under any condition except misprint or defect:

Water bottles

Phone cases

Stickers

International / EU/UK Notice

Under EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)), goods made to consumer specifications or clearly personalized are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal.

Since all of our products are made-to-order, this exemption applies.

This means that returns or refunds for wrong size or buyer’s remorse are not legally required, and are not accepted by us.

We always honor claims for misprinted, defective, or damaged items reported within the 14-day claim window.

How to Make a Claim

Use the store contact form to submit any claim.

Unauthorized returns (sending something back without contacting us first) will not be accepted or refunded.
